Refund policy
Digital product, no physical shipping
The Day-Of Kit is a digital printable product. Nothing is shipped to you. You download the files after checkout and print them at home.
Why we can’t take returns on downloads
A downloaded file can’t be returned, so we don’t offer refunds once you have downloaded the kit. Before you pay, you agree to get the files straight away. You also confirm that you understand this means you give up the usual 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase. This is allowed under EU consumer law for digital content.
When we will fix it or refund you
Your legal rights still apply. If something is wrong with what you bought, we’ll put it right:
- The file is damaged, won’t open or is incomplete. We’ll send you a working copy. If we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you in full.
- The kit is not as described on our website. We’ll fix it or refund you.
- You bought the kit twice by mistake. We’ll refund the extra order.
- You didn’t get your download link. We’ll send it again. If you still can’t download it, we’ll refund you.
How to ask for help
Email us at thedayofkit@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the problem. A screenshot helps if a file won’t open. We reply within 2 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the money.
Your licence after a refund
If you get a refund, your licence to use the kit ends. Please delete any copies you downloaded.
